Kylian Mbappé is the fastest player in FC 27 with 96 PAC. He is also the only men’s player rated above 95 for pace, and his 91 SHO and 92 DRI mean the speed is not carrying an otherwise limited card. That combination is why he sits at No. 1.

FC 27 Best Strikers: Who Is the Most Clinical Finisher?
Harry Kane is the most clinical finisher in FC 27 with 94 SHO. He is also the only striker in the men‘s database currently rated above 93 for shooting.
What makes Kane particularly dangerous is that his finishing is not carrying an otherwise limited card. His 90 OVR base item also has 83 PAS and 82 DRI, giving him an elite all-round attacking profile alongside the highest SHO rating in the game. By comparison, many players directly below him achieve similar shooting numbers while sitting much lower in overall rating.
The trade-off is obvious: 62 PAC means he is not running past anyone. But if you play a possession-based system and need someone who can finish from anywhere in the box, Kane delivers more per coin than almost any other striker in this list.

His 2.9M price tag is the highest in this list, but he’s the one card that genuinely changes how your attack functions.
Erling Haaland (91 OVR)
Haaland is the opposite of Mbappé. 92 Shooting, 89 Physicality, and Low Driven Shot+ make him a penalty-box killer. If you play crosses or cutbacks, he’ll finish them. If you play through balls, Mbappé is better.

Pace merchants (Mbappé, Pajor, Isak)
Pajor at 93 Pace and 91 Shooting is the best value in this category. She’s not Mbappé, but she costs a fraction of the price and finishes almost as well.
Isak at 88 Pace and 87 Shooting gives you a cheaper alternative if you don’t want to spend on the top tier.
Target men (Haaland, Shaw, Gyökeres, Martínez)
Shaw at 88 Physicality and 90 Shooting is the best women’s striker for hold-up play. Her 27.5K price makes her one of the best budget target men in the game.
