She marks enemies with Lethal Rose Pact and stacks Rose Pact Bullets through her attacks. Afterward, she cashes everything in as Pact Settlement damage. Jiuyuan blazes across the field and fires on all surrounding targets before closing with a large explosion of Anima DMG. Triggers Final Reckoning on all Lethal Rose Pact targets in range, which forces them into the settlement stage and executes all settlements simultaneously on the last hit.
Pact Settlement
Triggered by Rose Pact Bullets or the final hit of Final Reckoning. Deals high attachment-type Anima DMG and increases settlement damage from Final Reckoning. It also refunds a large chunk of Ultimate Energy. If Lethal Rose Pact times out without being activated, settlement still triggers automatically at reduced impact.
