Linko Skill Materials
The Whisper series is the primary upgrade material for Linko’s skills. If you are short of these materials, you can substitute them with Heterogeneous Units in the synthesis system, or purchase them from the 999 Nights Daily Shop.

Voice of the Voyager
Voice of the Voyager is Linko’s signature S-Rank Arc and my top recommendation for her Plasma Arc. Its special effect grants additional ATK and CRIT DMG to her skills, giving a significant boost to stats. When equipped, it changes the weapon’s appearance.

Alternative Arcs
Alternative options can be S-rank Ready-Ready and S-rank Raging Flames. The former has its Basic Attack and Critical Riposte bonus stacks off every Redirect Skill and Ultimate cast—both of which Linko presses constantly to open the Synced Strike wheel; the latter has the highest base ATK of any S-rank at 666, with CRIT DMG as its substat and a Redirect Skill / Ultimate damage buff after each Ultimate.
Skill Upgrade Priority
Linko is primarily designed as an off-field Sub-DPS and support who specializes in Synced Strikes, follow-up attacks, and Anima resistance reduction.
For an off-field Linko build:
Ultimate ≈ Redirect Skill > Passive Talents and Assist Skill > Basic Attack
The Ultimate and Redirect Skill create her main Synced Strike damage windows. The Assist Skill should also be upgraded because Synced Strike damage is connected to its skill level. Basic Attack can be upgraded later unless Linko is used on-field to build Modulation frequently.
