Hello, players! Before officially joining the Neverness to Everness community, there’s likely one topic that many newcomers are most curious about — the gacha system. As a mobile open-world urban fantasy game, Neverness to Everness introduces a unique and interactive gacha design. Let’s take a detailed look at how it works!

Core Gacha Mechanics of Neverness to Everness:

As a cross-platform anime gacha RPG, Neverness to Everness takes the traditional pity system to the next level by turning the previously hidden pull process into a visualized board path, similar to Monopoly.

Before each pull, players can now clearly see the potential outcomes ahead, making the gacha feel more interactive and engaging.

Core Gacha Mechanics of Neverness to Everness

  • The system is quite simple:

Each time you perform a pull, you roll a dice and move forward based on the number rolled. You’ll receive rewards depending on the tile you land on.

In addition to characters and weapons, you can also obtain gacha resources directly from the board.

During movement, players might land on special tiles marked with arrows, which can lead to hidden paths.

When progressing through a hidden path, landing on a Character Tile guarantees the current limited character directly!

From a statistical standpoint, the base chance of obtaining the current limited-up character in Neverness to Everness is 1.8700%.

If a player does not obtain the limited character after 70 pulls, a mechanic called Board Shift activates, significantly boosting the chance of pulling the current limited-up unit.

Furthermore, Neverness to Everness completely removes the soft pity system, eliminating the risk of pulling an off-banner “wrong” limited unit.

If a player still hasn’t received the featured limited character after 89 consecutive pulls, the next pull (90th) will guarantee that limited-up unit.

All limited-up banners share the same pity counter, meaning progress carries over between banners.

Banner Structure Analysis:

The game currently features three main banner types:

Standard Character Banner

Limited Character Banner

Weapon Banner

The Standard Banner includes a Newcomer Beginner Banner for the first 50 pulls.

Players can perform Ten-pulls using 8 pull items, and after reaching 50 pulls, they can select one S-rank standard character from six available S-tier units to permanently add to their roster.

Each account can claim this benefit once.

The Weapon Banner has an S-rank weapon rate of 4.190%, but it does not allow single pulls.

Among these, limited weapons account for 25% of the total S-rank rate, giving S-rank limited weapons a 1.6800% chance.

Players are guaranteed the current limited-up weapon after 80 pulls, and all limited weapon banners share the same pity progress.

Summary:

Overall, Neverness to Everness innovates beyond the traditional gacha structure by removing both soft and hard pity splits, ensuring that once a certain number of pulls is reached, the featured limited character is guaranteed.

While the board-step system adds a fresh, visual, and interactive dimension, it does not directly affect gacha probability—it mainly enhances visual clarity and player experience.

Pro Tips for new players: It’s recommended to complete the 50 Beginner pulls in the Standard Banner first, then allocate resources to the limited-up banners of the current version for optimal efficiency.
