It is located on an island formed by a river near the flooded city between the Ruins and the Horn. The place is marked on the map.
Inside the house, you can find a basement, which in the anime plays a key role in the plot, as it keeps important secrets related to the past, the titans, and the world behind the walls.
But, unfortunately, it is impossible to find useful things in Eren's house now. There is literally no loot in it.
