PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates: New Voice Packs, AUG Skins, and How to Defeat Nine Tails
2026-07-14

The PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates has even more content than we first expected. This time, I’m covering the original Naruto voice packs and the two new AUG skins: Nine Tail Fury and Nine Tail Boost.
I’ll also show you how to find and defeat the Nine-Tails boss. You’ll learn how its attacks work, where to shoot, and which rewards you can unlock.
If you missed my first breakdown, check out my PUBG Mobile x Naruto Collaboration guide before jumping in.
What’s New in the Naruto Update?
More content has surfaced since my first look at the collaboration. The latest PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates brings original Japanese voice packs for four Team 7 characters. It also adds two Nine Tails-themed AUG skins and a Nine Tails boss fight inside the match.
The voice cards feature Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi. The two weapon finishes are called Nine-Tail Fury and Nine-Tail Boost. Players can also find Kurama on the map and battle the boss for special rewards. Let’s take a closer look at each one.
Original Naruto Voice Packs
One of the best additions in the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates is the new set of Japanese voice packs. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi each get their own voice card. Every line is officially licensed and recorded by the original Japanese cast.
The packs include plenty of familiar lines from the anime. Naruto proudly announces his arrival and talks about becoming Hokage. Sasuke calls out his Great Fireball Jutsu. Kakashi delivers his promise to protect his team. Sakura also looks back on the missions she shared with Team 7.
These voices make the crossover feel much more authentic. Hearing the characters talk during a match brings back the energy of the original series.

Nine Tails–Themed AUG Skins
Nine-Tail Boost is the brighter of the two AUG skins. It covers the weapon in glowing gold flames. The front looks like a roaring fox head. Black chakra markings run along the body and break up the gold finish. It is easily one of the flashiest weapon designs in the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates.
Nine-Tail Fury takes a much darker route. The body looks like a burning red chakra with black edges. A silver fox skull forms the muzzle. Bone-like details wrap around the top and grip. This skin gives the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates a much fiercer version of the Nine Tails theme.
How to Find and Prepare for the Nine-Tails Boss
Kurama appears after the match has been running for a short time. You will see an alert when the boss spawns. Open the map and check Mansion and Gatka. These are the two possible locations.
The boss’s health bar only appears when you get within 100 meters. Shooting from farther away deals very little damage. My go-to setup for this fight is two M249S with plenty of 5.56mm ammo.
I also collect Ichiraku Ramen from restaurant tables before heading over. You can carry up to five bowls. They restore chakra and help you keep Ninja Run ready. A Substitution Jutsu is useful too but it is not required. Good preparation makes this part of the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates much easier.
How to Defeat Nine-Tails: Attacks, Weak Points, and Battle Tips
Watch for the eye icon above your head. It means Kurama has locked onto you. Keep running and let your teammates deal damage. The boss has three main attacks in the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates.
Its roar slows your movement. Use Ninja Run to escape. Its Beam Blast creates a damaging area around its body. Jump when the ground attack appears. Planetary Devastation comes with an on-screen warning. Run away as soon as you see it. Glowing circles will also appear on Kurama. Shoot them for extra damage.
Keep an eye on the white stamina bar below its main health bar. Once it is empty the boss falls to the ground. This is your best chance to unload both M249s. Pick up the red chakra orbs during the fight. They can reload your weapon without using backpack ammo. Some also restore supplies. If you get knocked near one then crawl into it for a revive.
Nine Tails Rewards and Achievements
After Kurama goes down you can collect the boss loot and absorb its power. The Tailed Beast Transformation item cannot be dropped. It reduces skill cooldowns and improves chakra recovery.
It also speeds up energy and health recovery. Your movement becomes faster as well. Defeating the boss completes the Nine-Tails Showdown achievement in the PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates. Two other achievements are worth chasing while you play.
Ninja World Traveler asks you to visit every themed point of interest. Ninjutsu Professor requires you to use every available ninjutsu ability at least once.
Conclusion
The PUBG Mobile Naruto Updates has plenty to explore. The original Japanese voice packs give the crossover a more authentic feel. The two AUG skins look great and the Nine-Tails fight adds a fun challenge to every match.
