The answer is that the Dahlia HSR release date was launched in December 2025 as Version 3.8, and Dahlia follows Nihility and uses the Fire element.
Who Is Dahia?
Her real name is Constance, and she was previously affiliated with the Annihilation Gang’s Ever-Flame Mansion. Of course, this was before Honkai Star Rail's Acheron assassinated their commander and disbanded the organization.
