Every 10 pulls guarantees at least one 5★ or higher Operator. If you don’t get a 6★ after around 65 pulls, your chances increase with each additional pull, and a 6★ is guaranteed at 80 pulls. For limited banners, the featured character is guaranteed within 120 pulls. Keep in mind that this pity count doesn’t carry over to the next banner, even if you’re using resources obtained from an Arknights Endfield recharge.
