Chisa wields a Havoc Broadblade and serves as a key support unit for teams built around Negative Status effects. Her Outro Skill increases the cap of both Negative Status and Electro Rage stacks on enemies by three. This greatly strengthens her team's ability to apply debuffs. Moreover, her Resonance Liberation skill offers consistent team healing, which restores HP to all nearby allies and improves overall battle endurance.

When she enters Yin-Yang Balance, her upgraded ability, Flashing Thunder Seal: Harmony, summons a field that deals continuous Electro damage and strengthens allies' attacks. This grants up to a 30% Resonance Skill damage bonus after a few skill uses.

The 5-star weapon Kumokiri joins the lineup in WuWa 2.8 and offers powerful bonuses for Resonators who specialize in Negative Status effects.
