Phoenix Promotion Materials
Before you can max out Phoenix's skills or equip her with her signature W-Engine, you need to push her to Level 60. Her promotion materials follow the standard Fire Anomaly template, which means some of them overlap with other Anomaly Agents you may have already built. If you've invested in characters like Burnice or Jane Doe, you likely already have some of these materials sitting in your inventory.
Below is the full list of materials needed to take Phoenix Reffaella from Lv.1 to Lv.60.
| Material | Required Amount |
| Denny | 800,000 |
| Basic Anomaly Certification Seal | 4 |
| Advanced Anomaly Certification Seal | 32 |
| Controller Certification Seal | 30 |

Phoenix Skill Level-Up Materials
Phoenix has five upgradable skills: Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack. If you want to use her at full potential, you'll need to max all five. The good news is that her skill materials are shared with every Fire Agent, so any leftovers from Burnice or other Fire builds count toward Phoenix.
Her Core Skill is the highest-priority upgrade, but her Basic Attack and Special Attack also matter for her damage loop. The materials below cover all five skills.
| Material | Required Amount |
| Denny | 2,905,000 |
| Basic Burn Chip | 25 |
| Advanced Burn Chip | 75 |
| Specialized Burn Chip | 250 |
| Hamster Cage Pass | 5 |
Phoenix Core Skill Materials
Phoenix's Core Skill is called Nirvana, and it's the part of her kit that makes her stand out. It gives her +85 Anomaly Proficiency, and when any squad member deals Attribute Anomaly DMG, the enemy gets inflicted with Sear for 20 seconds. Enemies affected by Sear also take Fire DMG equal to 50% of her ATK every 8 seconds.
The key mechanic is that Attribute Anomaly DMG against Seared enemies can CRIT, with a base 30% CRIT Rate and 25% CRIT DMG. Every point of initial Anomaly Mastery above 155 adds 0.7% CRIT Rate, and at 255 Anomaly Mastery, the CRIT Rate hits its maximum.
Upgrading her Core Skill increases her Anomaly Proficiency and strengthens the Anomaly CRIT effect. It's the highest-priority upgrade for her.

| Counterfeit Nucleus | 9 |
| Higher Dimensional Data: Bloodstained Miasma Feather | 60 |
Phoenix Signature W-Engine Materials
Nirvana Plume is Phoenix's signature W-Engine. It provides 713 Base ATK, 30% Anomaly Mastery, and +90 Anomaly Proficiency. When any squad member's Attribute Anomaly DMG scores a CRIT, the wearer gains 40% Fire DMG for 20 seconds. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.
Here are the materials needed to max it:
| Material | Required Amount |
| Anomaly Component | 4 |
| Reinforced Anomaly Component | 32 |
| Specialized Anomaly Component | 30 |
Conclusion
Phoenix Reffaella arrives in Version 3.3 Phase 1 on October 21, 2026, alongside her signature W-Engine, Plume of Rebirth. Her materials follow the standard Fire Anomaly template, so any leftovers from Burnice or other Anomaly builds count toward her. The Notorious Hunt and Expert Challenge materials come from new 3.3 enemies, so prioritize the farmable materials first.
