Yanagi lands in A-rank because her combos keep her stuck on the field for longer. She's strong, but has limitations depending on who she works well with. For example, she pairs best with agents like Vivian or Burnice, whose effects keep going even when they switch out.
Grace is good at applying shock, but she is a bit slow. When her EX Special is not ready or she is not triggering anomalies, her damage drops. Still, she works nicely as a quick-swap partner to apply shock and then step back.

Stun characters in our ZZZ tier list are a blend between sub-DPS and support roles. It depends on how they are used. For example, Trigger jumps in, deals a quick burst of damage, and then keeps applying aftershock damage even off-field.
