Accessing this shop requires building a friendship with Sam, the Seed Shop NPC, by feeding him cooked food items. This guide provides a step-by-step process to unlock the Friendship Shop, the cocomango seeds, and more new seeds available for purchase.

How to Unlock Sam Friendship Shop in Grow a Garden

To unlock the Friendship Shop, players must first unlock the friendship with Sam, the NPC who runs the Seed Shop. This is done by giving Sam cooked food items. Once the friendship level reaches the required points, the Friendship Shop tab unlocks in the shop menu.

Here's how to do it step by step:

1. Get the Cooking Kit

Search for Garden Guide in your item inventory.

Go to Achievements > Common Achievements. Complete all Common Achievements (5/5) to Unlock the Cooking Kit.

Place the Cooking Kit in your garden and Start Cooking. (You can find your Cooking Kit in your item inventory)

2. Cook Food

Press E to Submit a Mutated fruit.

Click on the Cook button.

When the countdown is over, press E to Get Your Cooked Food.

3. Feed Sam Food

Teleport to Seed Shop. Take out your Cooked Food and Feed it to Sam.

Repeat the above steps until you Earn 15 Friendship Points. Once you reach Friendship Level 2, the Seed Shop Friendship Tab will be unlocked.

Important:

Players can only feed Sam one food item EVERY 24 HOURS!!
Friendship Points Varied by Food Rarity!! Feeding Sam the highest-rarity cooked food offerings, like Prismatic or Transcendent mutated food, can maximize your friendship point earnings.

How to Get Cocomango in Grow a Garden Friendship Shop

After unlocking the Friendship Shop, the Cocomango seed can be purchased there for seven Garden Coins. Garden Coins come from the Garden Ascension mechanic, which requires specific Fruit and Mutation combinations and a large amount of Sheckles. Alternatively, players can bypass the Garden Coin requirement and directly buy the Cocomango seed for 939 Robux.

The Cocomango is a Prismatic rarity, multi-harvest crop with a high selling price, making it a valuable addition to the game.

Sam Friendship Level Points Requirement

Advancing through friendship levels unlocks more items in the shop:

Level 1: 15 Friendship Points Required

Level 2: 30 Friendship Points Required
