In the sequel, the story will cover more than just one world: the dawn of the era of the resurrecting earth will echo among the stars, and the choice of the Pathfinder may determine the fate of the universe.
In the upcoming main story, the Pathfinder's squad will be joined by the long-awaited playable character Phaenon. This Zlatius of Elysia Eides was one of the first to show goodwill to the Pathfinder. However, Faenon's calm and gentle nature hides the burden of many people's expectations, which he carries on himself.
In Version 3.4, the Pathfinders will travel to Elysia Edes to learn about Phaenon's past and how he became a warrior and Chasing Flame, and how it affected him. In battle, Phaenon can accumulate Flame Core in various ways. When enough Flame Core points have been accumulated, Phaenon can activate his super, complete his transformation, and deploy his territory, engaging opponents in a new form and greatly increasing his combat power. In this state, party members will temporarily leave the battlefield, but their buff effects will remain active. After transforming with the Flame Core, Phaenon gains new skills and can fight using the powers of the Titans of Creation, Calamity, and Hashira. In addition, it is worth noting that when Phaenon is in a squad, the maximum number of points of the squad's vehicles increases. When using the technique, he can instantly overpower normal enemies within a certain radius without engaging in combat, which will help players explore locations.
An exciting story is also about to begin on Penaconia: the Pathfinder receives a mysterious invitation from the head of the Lucerne clan, old man Oty, to take part in an entertainment program called "Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail".
The Holy Grail War will take place on Penaconia, where seven invited participants will summon famous historical figures as servants and fight alongside them. In addition to the Pathfinder, the battle will also be attended by familiar players Aventurine, Mr. Boothill and Mrs. Robin. In addition, three legendary heroic souls will answer the call of the Holy Grail - Saber, Archer and Lancer.
As part of the collaboration, Saber will join the Pathfinder squad as a playable character. Saber is a five-star wind-type character following the Path of Destruction, whose ultimate Excalibur deals high wind damage to all enemies and gives her an enhanced basic attack capable of hitting all enemies. In combat, Saber can accumulate Core Resonance points in a variety of ways: using technique and basic attack, as well as when allies use a superpower.
Meanwhile, Archer will also become a playable character and help players fight against powerful opponents in the Holy Grail War and subsequent space adventures. Archer is a Quant-type character who follows the Path of the Hunt and specializes in inflicting damage on single opponents by using the skill consistently.
From the start of the co-op event on July 11 until the end of Version 3.6, Pathfinders can receive Archer as a gift when they log in. It is worth noting that the Jumps of characters and Light Cones of the joint event will be available for a long time after the start of the event.
Version 3.4 brings the return of popular characters, some familiar characters receive buffs, and one of the heroes will receive a new appearance. In the first phase of the version, Tribby, Sunday, and Twilight will return, and in the second phase, Firefly, Jinliu, and Blade will return. In addition, Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and Jingliu will receive a buff that includes changes to the mechanics and effects of Eidolons.
