The full banners for patch 5.3 in Genshin Impact have been announced.
Contrary to rumors from insiders, the first banners with new characters will last only one part of the patch, not the entire update.

The update 5.3 is coming soon, which many Genshin Impact players are waiting for not only because of the appearance of new legendary characters Nathan and the rerun of old characters Fontaine and Prayer of the Chronicles Li Yue. The main characters of the banner have already been known from the stream, but only now have they announced the epic heroes, detailed composition of weapons, and exact dates of the prayers.
The first phase of the update (from January 1 to January 21, 2025): 5⭐️ Mavukai (Pyro, Claymore) and Sitlalli (Cryo, Catalyst). Along with them, the following 4⭐️ rarity heroes:
- Bennett (Pyro, Sword)
- Diona (Cryo, Bow)
- Kaedehara (Geo, Polearm).

During the same period, there will be a corresponding weapon banner: Pyro Archon sword, A Thousand Sharp Red Suns, and Sitlalli's Catalyst, Watcher of the Skies. Among 4⭐️ you will find the Bow Stringless, Catalyst Codex Favonius, Polearm and Sword Favonius, as well as the rare, limited Stone Sword.
In the second half of the update (from January 21 to February 11, 2025), the banners for Arlequin (Pyro, Polearm) and Chlorinda (Electro, Sword) will take place. Among the epic heroes in their banners are:
- Rosaria (Cryo, Polearm)
- Xiao (Pyro, Polearm)
- Lanyan (Anemo, Catalyst).
In the weapon banner, you will find the Outlines of the Crimson Moon for Arlequin and the Pardon of Sins for Chlorinda. 4⭐️ composition of the weapon banner: Stone Polearm, Ceremonial Bow, Sword Dragon's Roar, Claymore Raincutter, and Catalyst Song of the Traveler.
The Prayer of the Chronicles Li Yue, the Thoughts of Jade and Stone, is also expected in the second half, from January 21 to February 11. In it, you can get:
- 5⭐️ characters: Shenhe (Cryo, Polearm), Xiao (Anemo, Polearm), Tartaglia (Hydro, Bow), Ganyu (Cryo, Bow), Bai Zhu (Dendro, Catalyst), Keqing (Electro, Sword), and Qiqi (Cryo, Sword).
- 4⭐️ heroes: Ka Min (Pyro, Claymore), Yao Yao (Dendro, Polearm), Yun Jin (Geo, Polearm), Yanfei (Pyro, Catalyst), Xinyan (Pyro, Claymore), Chongyun (Cryo, Claymore), Ningguang (Geo, Catalyst), Xinqiu (Hydro, Sword), Beidou (Electro, Claymore), and Xian Li (Pyro, Polearm).
- 5⭐️ weapons: Swords Coral Bead and Crimson Witch of Flames, Claymores Necro-Hammer, Polearms Staff of Homa and Jade Screen, Catalysts Luxurious Sea-Ganoderm and Memory of Dust, as well as Bows Polar Star and Amos' Bow.
