Hello, Trailblazers!
The Express Crew will conduct version update maintenance on 2025/04/09 06:00:00 (UTC+8). After maintenance, the game will be updated to Version 3.2 "Through the Petals in the Land of Repose."
During the maintenance period, Trailblazers will be unable to log in to the game. Please note the maintenance schedule and plan your gaming time accordingly. The game client must be updated after the maintenance.
Additionally, pre-installation for Version 3.2 is now available. Trailblazers can follow the guidelines below to pre-download some resources for a faster game launch after the version maintenance is complete.
Due to the large asset size, Trailblazers are recommended to update or pre-install while connected to Wi-Fi.

Begins at 2025/04/09 06:00:00 (UTC+8). The update will take approximately 5 hours.

▌ Compensation Details
■ Server Maintenance Compensation
Compensation: Stellar Jade ×300
Eligible Recipients: Trailblazers with Trailblaze Level ≥ 4 before 2025/04/09 06:00:00 (UTC+8)
※ The Express Crew will issue the compensation via in-game mail to Trailblazers within 5 hours after the update is complete. Please be sure to claim it before Version 3.2 ends.
▌Pre-Download Guide
■ PC
Open HoYoPlay. On the left side of the "Start Game" button, you will find the "Game Pre-Installation" icon. Click the icon to start the download.
※ While pre-downloading on PC, Trailblazers can continue to play the game.
■ Mobile (Android and iOS)
Launch the game. The "Resource Pre-Download" button will appear in the bottom-right corner of the login screen. Tap to begin pre-download.
※ While pre-downloading on mobile devices, Trailblazers are unable to play the game. Please plan your schedule to include pre-download time.
■ PlayStation®
After Trailblazers launch Honkai: Star Rail, if sufficient storage space is available on the device, the game will automatically begin pre-installing Honkai: Star Rail after a short period of time.
▌ Special Clarification
■ The Express Crew recommends that Trailblazers leave ample storage space ahead of time and proceed with the download while connected to a Wi-Fi network.
● The PC version's pre-installation resource size is approximately [4.7] GB. To ensure smooth updates in future versions, it is recommended to reserve [9.4] GB of storage space.
※ If you have downloaded voice-over expansion packages of different languages in your game, the space required for the pre-installation package will change accordingly.
● The mobile version's (Android and iOS) pre-installation resource size is approximately [2.1] GB. After the pre-installation is complete, a file integration process will occur, requiring [9.5] GB of storage space.
■After the version update, mobile devices will still need to download the latest client to experience the new version content.
※ Should some resources fail to integrate in the process, the relevant missing resources will be downloaded. We recommend Trailblazers to leave ample storage space on your devices.
● It is recommended to reserve [70] GB of storage space for the PlayStation® pre-installation.
